The reception area is where we welcome you to the practice if it is your first visit, greet you politely again if we already know you and hopefully reassure you if you are anxious. You can enquire how long it will be until you are seen and please tell the staff if you think your pet is a really urgent case. We can shuffle things around in the case of a real emergency.
We have been recognised by the International Society of Feline Medicine as a 'Silver' Cat Friendly Clinic (very soon we will be Gold!) and a small part of this accreditation is the dedicated cat waiting area provided in our Reception area. This area is designed to minimise the level of stress for your cat during it's visit to us.
Please telephone in advance for an appointment if you wish to see/speak with a vet with your pet. The number to call is 0208 692 3030.
If you are buying food or other items or picking up prescriptions you can come in any time 7:30am to 6:30pm. Please remember to phone us in advance for repeat prescriptions - this will cause you less delay when collecting.
General health enquiries can be addressed to the nursing staff at the practice but please be aware that a diagnosis cannot be made over the telephone or on social media. If your pet is unwell, please arrange an appointment to bring your pet to the surgery.
Our fees are payable at the time of your pet’s treatment. Please do not cause embarrassment by asking for credit, or be offended by a refusal. We strongly advise all owners to take out Pet Health Insurance and recommend Pet Plan.
We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards.
